She has slightly scarey eyes that Duchess. I reckon cut back on the eyeliner. Or lighten the shade. As it is, it makes her look a tad unhinged.

What the hell is up with these girls? Why do they always have to wear clothes that are so wrong? The solid blue dress does not fit her. Very unflattering.

I don't HATE the outfit... But she does look a bit like she is about to punch somebody! She has strong looking broad shoulders and that neckline and photo makes her look a wee bit like a boxer or something.
