Wasnt the person who said Holly was getting special privileges the same one that said it had been arranged for Emily to win?
Making all those posts to reddit/discord under the name 'bbau_prodanon' or similar? Some here then we're saying it was Reepbot?
Like if Emily had won then maybe we could think what they said may have had some truth but when Emily didnt, it just showed they weren't legitimate at all.
As for the stuff about no Q@as and such Colin has been going live a few times and chatting so to people on instagram so it doesn't seem to be stopping him much.
I don’t know the content of the lives that he, Vinnie and Holly have been hosting. But I imagine the NDA devoids them from talking in detail and answering questions specifically about the production, filming, their own thoughts/opinions on the show and twists (especially if their true feelings are actually critical about stuff that happened to them on the show) and behind-the-scenes or any “manufactured” drama, etc. Not necessarily going live in general. They may go live but I think you’ll find they will avoid answering (or lie about) anything like that.
Similar to what happens with MAFS contestants, and even a lot of the Seven era BB HMs, their real thoughts about their time on the show, plus any “insider” info, will typically come out over a year after the season.

Something to note: The 100K gag order rumor comes from the Pedestrian and their "Gossip Gowrl". They also claim that Instagram lives are not allowed (despite the fact that Colin and Holly were live multiple times).
Personally, I don’t doubt at all that there are some NDAs. But I wouldn’t believe everything they claim.
That person did say that correct, all signs point to them making it up now i agree.
Pretend that person never said any of that and go by what we/I have personaly seen that raises eyebrows. Summarising below; basically many things that Holly has done or said that has been observed on the livestream makes you question what was actually going on with her relating to extra privileges..
After Holly chucked that tantrum and wanted to leave, she was constantly in the diary room for many long periods of time, hours even. Some on here assumed she was having long psych sessions, some thought she left through the diary room and was allowed to leave for xyz and come back. Housemates even noticed how sometimes they would go the whole day without seeing Holly as she was "in the diary room". Now for what that person that made those posts said that arent confirmed, was that she was allowed to leave and she also got special food in the diary room as well as phone calls to friends and family.
I also heard on the livestream at bedtime when Holly and Colin were in the bed together whispering, Holly said that she is worried about what the blogs will be saying about her and that she already knows a certain one is going off about her. Seconds later she mentioned "it is being charged in the kitchen", we never got to hear/make out what was said before that like what was being charged. In the house they had no access to power points, so for something to be charged, the production team would have intervened to grant access to a power point. We know the power points were hidden as Vinnie couldnt find any and had to ask BB to take the clippers and charge them each time, he even pleaded to have a charger himself and access to a power point which he was refused. Now as for what the person who made the posts said about this, was that she was given access to a phone with internet access. Hence why she knew about what a certain blog was saying about her and the charging situation. Someone made a good point at the time of discussing her talking about "it being charged in the kitchen" was why would they charge the phone in there? We know the bedroom door locks when they sleep but if someone got up early, and they opened the doors for them, they would easily see a phone being charged somewhere assuming it wasnt hidden such as where the power points are hidden in the kitchen. In that scenario, you would think that they would take the phone off her and charge it overnight and then give it back to her in the diary room her next visit.
When the housemates were trying to work out what time it was so they could adjust the microwave time, they were all guessing what time it was and Holly just came back from the "diary room" after not being seen for hours at this point and she said something like trust me, its not that time, I have a certain (or special) way of knowing the time. They even asked her what she means and she said she couldnt say. Could that be because she had that phone, she was out of the house, the producers were giving her this info while actually in the diary room, who knows.
None of what I’ve said is being influenced by Pedestrian - I haven’t opened nor read the articles. While this may not be 100% pertinent to the current HMs, my views are coming from my own experiences and knowledge in the field, and working with people in similar situations.

I didn't mean to say that your reply was based on Pedestrian.. your view on the NDA makes absolutely sense to me. I've referred to Pedestrian as an explanation where the "how can they have restrictions when they've been live" question/confusion you've been replying to was coming from. That was what I assume was influenced by the Pedestrian article.
