Don't have a link but Tim was on the finale of big brother Canada. He took the role of the jury foreman/advisor who helps the jury think about their votes.

I can see how it happens on some reality tv shows, on big brother it would be way too much effort to keep up the act 24-7. And I doubt it works anyway. someone like ed tried too hard to not be himself, and he actually may have been more likable if he was.
