The Australian tennis legend has often expressed interest in other sports.
So it was no surprise that Lleyton Hewitt was seen sitting courtside with his seven-year-old son Cruz at a basketball game between Melbourne United and Sydney Kings on Friday.
But the father-of-three made no attempt to hide his disinterest in socialites, as he was seen snubbing former Big Brother star Tully Smyth during the game.

Lleyton was seated next to his son, as well as Tully and he did not look pleased at the arrangement.
The leggy blonde swung her head around to speak to someone behind the tennis star while clutching a drink, and she appeared to touch his shoulder in the process but the sporting hero was seen glaring coldly ahead.
He made little attempt to acknowledge the 28-year-old, and even his young son appeared to disapprove.

As it became clear she would not be befriending Lleyton, Tully appeared dejected and returned her attentions back to the game.
Lleyton, 35, who has been married to actress Bec Hewitt for 11 years, turned to joke with someone to the left of him, rubbing salt in Tully's wounds.
Lleyton and his son were dressed casually for the event, both pairing loose jeans with a screen print t-shirt.

He later gushed about the thrilling game, which saw Melbourne claim victory by three points over Sydney, after being tied with just seconds left on the clock.
'Thanks @melbunited for having us. Unbelievable finish to an amazing game! #CruzAndDaddy,' he captioned the image, which showed the father-son duo smiling in their premium seats and the last minute winning goal.
Tully, who attended the event in a white lace dress and brown chunky heels, neglected to add any photographs of the event to her social media channels - though she did post a generic tweet about the win.
Like it never happened: Tully, who is known for constantly updating her social media channels, strangely failed to document her time at the game with a photo
