My take at the time she came back in was similar to @reepbot. He had no choice but to appear excited. The producers had set it up, he was hardly going to say "I'm not that into her" afterwards. After all the criticism Jade received re: Ed, imho, Drully was a far more forced relationship. Tully moved to Melbourne to be closer to him. She said that herself. That is far more creepy than anything Jade did imho

I don't recall Tully moving but I'm sure you are right. Does she still live in Melbourne? Jades criticism was her behavior in chasing Ed in the house. She smartened up fast when she found out he had nominated her.

Between the two of them, I feel that Jade has grown more as a person but Tully is still the same. I remain impressed that Jade got a Visa to come to the US to work and model and audition for acting roles. I hope Jade's self confidence just continues to grow.
 
I don't think her moving there was that bad, she did so when she and Drew were still together didn't she? Better than Sam and Snez from Bachelor who are engaged and supposedly trying for a baby despite living on opposite sides of the country.

If it was afterwards then it is a little weird if solely motivated by being close to him, but without knowing what was really going on its hard to say, maybe Drew was ok with/encouraged it or they wanted to try again without the distance between them. Either way, she has really made Melbourne her home and settled in well despite being a true Sydney girl and maybe it's a better environment for her.

Yes she is still in Melbourne. I agree re: Jade, she has really stuck to her dream and actually been proactive about it. It's hard to say if she has developed emotionally or not but she seems more confident and secure, and still as sweet as ever.
