Yeah - Do IT - that is normal, something for young girls to look forward to, and well, if you can't afford to have the surgery - well, you are not gonna be ........... She is showing that surgery is what makes you better, IMO.
As much as I really dislike Leos Pics etc, at least he has an idea.

I have concluded that soulful people don't go on reality tv. Either they don't apply or they aren't cast. Leos attempts at being soulful are just self promotion.
Tim is the only one who seems to have any kind of a somewhat deeper life philosophy. Maybe Ben from Brisbane? He is at least advocating for awareness of depression and mental health issues that he has suffered.

Yeah, I was hoping none of the ex HMs would go down the men's magazine route (which a heap of them have now) but at the same time I'm not in a position where I'm trying to get my name out there so I suppose I'm not really in a position to judge. Everyone has a price and it appears for Jade it was the front cover of Maxim which is actually a pretty cool thing for her if you can get over the sleaze factor given it is a top line men's mag that everyone from Jennifer Hawkins to Katy Perry have done.
The "I'm single and want a man" stuff is your typical line you'd find in a men's magazine (yes I've flicked through them from time to time). Although probably a bit demeaning, "single hot girl wanting a man" is much more sellable in a mens mag than "hot girl working on acting aspirations" or whatever else Jade has going on these days. I say the article would also be rather sports (NRL) based hence her being on the Grill Team this morning. I certainly don't think she did it to help her dating life either way lol.

The title of Jades article just seemed hilarious to me because of the whole 1950s house wife comment she made in the house + all the other relationahip related stuff that she is known for. Oh and all this talk of Jade makes me wonder where the hell is @Connoisseur ????

Back when Tahan featured in zoo, I recall some judgmental comments but it didn't sway my opinion then and certainly doesn't now. I hand on heart see no big deal in featuring on men magazines. Like you said, these hms want to get their name out there. I didn't even think twice about 'being single and over it' tbh lol. Maybe it's because I know magazines are there to sell or because it's human nature to want to be close to someone to abandon that lonely side we all have. In the article she states her last serious relationship was at 19, she is what 23 now... she is at that stage of her life where she probably sees a lot of people settling down with a partner, maybe children, moving in etc, it's only natural she would want that too imo.
My comment was only in regards to her doing the shoot because earlier in the year if I recall she stated something about tweeting she was not interested in these shoots and not what she would do. At the time I thought it held a little bit of superiority as if she classed that type of thing in a disapproving way, so that's why I was surprised all the sudden she is did the shoot. I suppose we all make decisions in life and then change our opinion to it over time though and this looks like the case for Jade.
I miss that stirrer, with his elaborated and expressive language haha

I wonder if he will ever come back now that Big Brother Australia is over? Not that I miss him, but it got me wondering how many of the posters who really only watch the Big Brother Australia series would come back to this forum.
I think if this site had not tuned out for a while, he would still be around. But the time away from this place allowed everyone to be forced to kill that addiction in a way lol.

Well I guess a forum addiction is pretty harmless. And what's wrong with going somewhere online that you enjoy? Especially if you enjoy interacting with the people?
I thought soulful people wrote ponderous books and stroked their beards as they discussed the work of Dickens?
