I just read about the pete evans baby paleo diet ... Yeah a baby on a diet? Disturbing. Maybe we should leave the advice to child and youth health.

@Sweetgeek Wednesdays are a bit hectic here.. My daughter has started school and son is in child care 1 day a week so by 5pm I could drop kick them both (jokes)

If it makes you feel better I'm toilet training my two year old at the moment, it's nothing but wee everywhere.

Edit: can you afford to put him in daycare for a second day?

He's only just started will see how he goes. Then going to look for work... It's already $50 a week, we couldn't afford $100 on one income. He does start kindy next year though. I'll see what happens when hubby gets back from overseas

My Story
In July 2015, Paralympian Sam Bramham OAM and 2014 Big Brother winner, Ryan Ginns, will be commencing a motorcycle ride in India to raise money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis research in Australia.

The boys will be riding over 14 days starting in New Delhi and finishing in Goa. They will be visiting two non profit organisations (Ms Society India and Salaam Balaak Trust – street kids) along the way.

“We want to expose the disease and create more awareness amongst a younger demographic. As India is a third world country, disability and disease is extremely prevalent. We will document and film our journey to gain and show perspective.” The boys said.

The boys both have personal reasons as to why they have created the ride. Ryan’s mother Judy was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis almost seven years ago. Ryan has spoken publicly about how the debilitative disease has taken a huge toll on his mother, family and friends. Sam has team mates on the Paralympic Team who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and was saddened to see their deteriorated physical condition at every next competition.

“Our goal is to raise 50K to fund MS research. We are working closely with MS Australia to see the funds spent well. We want to take an active role in this by doing something active and educational – try and be good role models...for once.” The boys said.

you have got to be joking? Look i know its for a good cause and if Sam was doing it with anyone else it would be cool but Ryan could just help out without going on the all expense paid blogging trip. even before he won BB

    Her full name is Tahan Lew Fatt, but she prefers to be called Tahan Lew.

    And just like altering her name, it seems the 25-year-old Big Brother star is looking to make some changes to her appearance.

    Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the brunette beauty who came third in the 2013 series of the reality show shared a photo of herself during a skin needling session aimed to eliminate stretch marks on her bottom.

    Laying on a white bench, the reality star is seen staring into the camera while appearing a little anxious as the procedure takes place.

    Wearing just a white robe, her bare behind is visible, with the treatment well underway.


    She began captioning the shot by writing: '#LaterGram of me getting skin needling for my stretch on the side of my bum at @renewskincarestudio'.

    'Stay tuned for my progress shots and a video of the whole process to after care and the results!!' she continued, before going on to justify her decision and clarify any misconceptions.

    'I just want to make it clear I am a big advocate to love yourself just the way you are!! For those will criticise this choice I make I just want to put it out there I am not getting a boob job or a nose job I am simply doing the same treatments anyone would do for bad skin or a new hair cut for that matter!' she said.

    'So relax I already know your point I love my stretch marks but if I can get rid of them I am going to take that option.'

    According to The International Dermal Institute, skin needling, also known as dermarolling, 'involves the use of manually applied skin rollers that have around 200 fine surgical steel needles attached to the roller mechanism, applied directly to the skin in a crisscross motion'.

    'The objective is to stimulate or puncture the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production, smooth skin and promote scar or stretch mark reduction through the skin's natural wound healing process.'

    Tahan says she has opted for skin needling as a method for reducing her stretch marks, and there are an array of causes for stretch marks to appear including weight loss/gain, puberty and pregnancy.

    Three weeks ago the girlfriend of V8 Supercar racing driver David Reynolds first hinted she was making changes to her appearance when she posted another snap of her derriere.

    In a pair of skimpy denim ripped shorts teamed with a green bikini top, Tahan flaunted her behind for all to see.

    Ensuring she didn't overwhelm fans with such a sight, she elaborated on her reason for posting the image.

    'Ok so like a lot of girls out there are like me and have stretch marks ... I just so happen to have them on the side of my bum like a lot of you already know!!'

    'I do Photoshoots that can cover this up but I get self conscious wearing bikinis in public so I decided to do something about them ... They aren't completely gone just yet BUT ... Keep an eye out for my video blogs of my skin needling solutions to help reduce stretch marks with @renewskincarestudio & @karismatik_beauty (sic),' she concluded.

    The beauty regularly posts fashionable snaps on social media, including some sizzling bikini shots from time to time.

    The model and television presenter shot to fame after appearing on the 2013 season of Big Brother Australia, finishing third behind Tim Dormer and Jade Albany.
