Back where it all stared for me @humanperformancecentre Used the gym for a quick session after my guest speaking role and snapped this.

I forgot how much I loved being a Personal Trainer and working with people everyday. May have to make some time in my hectic schedule for a few exclusive sessions. Double tap if you would want to train with me or tag someone who would

That's intense. What happened to him? He completely destroyed his Achilles tendon to the point it can't be mended?firemancaleb

I don't understand why he thinks this looks great. Maybe because his income is dependent on having this look? This just is incredibly unattractive to me. I know he works hard and has dedication to achieve this, I'm just not sure why he wants to do so.He's just not that attractive
So glad they brought warm clothes or bought them here. This week is still really cold.sugarsisterskl

I really wonder about the psychological and emotional needs that drive body builders like him. I just don't get it.

By the way, don't feed squirrels in central park. I've never seen anyone do that. We have a rat problem here in New York, so feeding the animals in the park is frowned upon.
No, there are many, many squirrels in the park and they are used to people. They act like pigeons in some respects, though they all run from dogs. A lot of people see them as pests. I'm sure at least some would come over if you hand feed them. I've just never seen anyone doing it. Maybe it's more common than I think?Maybe someone has latched on to the tourist thingo, and turns up with squirrels just for a photo shoot?
