I can not take Leo the fitness guy seriously.

Does anyone remember a scene from BB where Skye was on the treadmill and was all excited that she burnt of 140 calories and then Leo said that that is only half an apple? Well I do and can not take any of his fitness advice or posts seriously... I do wonder what he would look like with out the roids....
