Jake ends up posting them anyway. Previous times he's failed to reach the number. He should lower the target a bit (25 RTs and 50 favs).

Had a target of 100 favs to release a video. Got 61, released it anyway.
Then had a target of 50 RTs and 100 favs on another video. Got 30 RTs and 60 favs, released it anyway once again.
