Even with the post surgery nose, she looks so much better without the heavy make up.

I feel so sorry for her. Body dysmorphia is a horrific disease and it is soul destroying. I was reading a story about the guy who played the role of Dylan in Modern Family who also suffers with this disease and his beautiful face is now unrecognisable.

It just seems like medical negligence for registered medical staff to continue to cut and inject her while understanding full well she has dysmorphic tendencies.

Skye Wheatley is known for being fixated on her own appearance, having previously received lip fillers, a breast augmentation, and most recently, a new nose.

But on Saturday, the plastic fantastic 23-year-old pushed beauty aside and decided to puff away on an unhealthy cigarette at the FOMO Music Festival in Brisbane.

Despite the fact that smoking is linked to premature ageing, bad skin, yellow teeth, and many more visual horrors, Skye didn't seem to mind as she sucked down the smoke whilst enjoying the festival's EDM beats.

The Instagram model was joined by a group of friends, as well as her on-again/off-again boyfriend, tattooed tradie Cameron McCristal.


To combat Brisbane's warm weather, Skye decided to dress in minimal clothing.

She flaunted her infamous Bangkok boob job in a busty white lace bra that she was boldly wearing as a top.

The blonde bombshell slipped into a white denim mini-skirt, and wore sneakers instead of heels to ensure that she could comfortably dance to musical acts like rapper Desiigner.

Not one for subtlety when it comes to style, Skye also sported fake pink nails which had been embellished and bedazzled with rhinestones and glitter.

The pouty social media darling quenched her thirst by sipping out of a cup marked with a Red Bull logo.

Skye regularly flies between her home on the Gold Coast and Sydney in order to see celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Michael Zacharia in Double Bay.

The doctor performed the former Big Brother contestant's nose job, which generated a mixed response from fans who worried she had gone too far with her plastic surgeries.

Skye also met him for a consultation as she endeavored to fix the botched boob job she received in Thailand in 2015, but it is not known if she went through with the procedure.

She recently told Yahoo!7 that her surgery ordeal in Bangkok made her lose sleep the night before her rhinoplasty.

'I was just stressing out because I was like, 'I need this to be perfect',' she said.

'I've had a botched surgery before so I was really nervous and I knew there were complications involved so that was always in the back of my mind.'

Skye's extensive surgery, use of extensions, makeup, fake tan and weight loss products has left her looking almost unrecognisable from the wholesome girl who Australia first met during Big Brother in 2014.

The bubbly blonde rocked a makeup-free face, beachy waves and a more casual style of dressing during her time on screen.

She's now focused on launching her very own swimwear line, tentatively titled Skyla Swim.

God I just had this image of Skye in a few years. I think she needs serious help. I'm surprised that the doctor would perform this surgery.
Wonder what her next surgery will be? Check implants?

I love the DM again just for this article. They correctly call her a "former Big Brother contestant" (i.e. not "star") and refer to her as an Instagram model. "Starlet" is as close as they get to glorifying her actual status.

yes, but OTOH they were quite scathing by repeatedly referring to her botched boobs (particularly by implying they couldn't tell whether or not she'd had them fixed. Ouch.)
