    How many times have we all heard this one. It was on every after school special and we've heard mum say it a million times. It's almost a cliche but the reality is that nothing could be more true when it comes to your body and how you look physically.

    In all my years working as a PT and all my experience with my online transformation program it still boggles my mind how little people know about their own nutrition and how little they value the importance of what they put into their bodies. If I've said it once I've said it a million times: NO AMOUNT OF EXERCISE OR TIME AT THE GYM WILL MAKE UP FOR POOR FOOD CHOICES. You cannot simply train your way to a great physique no matter how hard you work. If your eating the wrong foods your dream body will always be just that...a dream.

  • dancinpennyIt didn't actually end like this. I ended on the ground and grazed my elbow. Then the kids that took the photo who didn't speak English.... Looked at me like then we all laughed we didn't speak the same language but we can laugh at the same things. Then we ended up on the beach doing handstands and I cheered them on. Fun in #Thailand
