I would also recommend wearing undies and something to cover your top and bottom. No sure the public wants to see you bottomless. Opened a can of worms here, haven't I?

Does anyone else notice that your mental health effects your appetite? I find if I'm feeling anxious or depressed, I either don't want to eat, or can't concentrate long enough to cook. Along with my newfound exercise, I'm now focusing on what I eat & trying @fivepointfour vegan meals, I'll let you know how I go!
