Can confirm that's how he looks now. I had no idea who he was because I never watched his season but he was somewhere one night that I was and he kept talking about how he was on Big Brother.

Apart from cosmetic surgery or general weight gain, (which I rule out both of those out) there are two reasons that I can think of and they both involve hormones. One of those reasons is highly unlikely given she is still obviously drinking alcohol.
