Yes. We haven't seen much of their character like we did mr clooney's. Certainly not needed at the beginning of a series - but later on how a housemate responds to a pet can give us some interesting insights into other aspects of their character (not with the current style of editing though)

It is interesting. Makes me feel better for the dogs but makes me wonder why they are there. HMs should have to entertain themselves imo. If a pet provides entertainment for the audience (Clooney was cute) that's different. So far I think the poodles have been a fail.

I liked the little interaction with David and the poodles last night - it gave the poodles a bit of air time and was quite sweet. At the end of the day, the dogs are in the house to promote the Animal Welfare League and encourage people to get pets from shelters, so I do think it is important for us as viewers to see them doing stuff and interacting with HM's, instead of being "toys"

Yep, my dad always said how people treat an animal is a measure of how kind their heart can be. From the limited view we have had of the dogs with the HMs, we can't tell anything.

How the dogs relate to people is also telling.
I'm glad they have professional carers because mikkayla was horrible left with Mr. Clooney.

They brought a dog into the big brother US show this year, and all it did was cry and want to leave.
