Please do not change that avi, he is gorgeous. I thought @Mooseface was talking about Estelle's avi, which is a tad tacky imo.
 
I'm temporarily falling off the fence. @Willoughby keep my spot warm though as I'm climbing back up very soon.
In relation to Drew and Dougal and the moving house thingy...... Now that we know that Drew is travelling to the USA today it puts things in perspective for me. I suspect that the lease runs out while Drew is away and they are not renewing. Dougal is moving in with Libby and Sam. Drew talking about the end of a dynasty is their time in Darling street which is coming to an end. When he comes back from the USA, he may well be moving in with them as well. Sam had a post about moving house to Argo Street and tagged Drew in. I don't think it has any relevance to either Drew or Tully moving interstate. Red herring there I'm afraid.
Now I can climb back up on the fence and settle back in as I still have no idea about their relationship and am happy to just sit back and enjoy the wine and Baileys (glad you brought a carton @hooleydooley)

She's never, ever leaving that dog, is she? Like she's actually going to spend the next decade-plus trading a dog back and forth with her ex every three days while life's other possibilities pass her by. I adore my animals, but that's not a pet, it's a crutch. Lordy.

Even more now that she isn't going anywhere (i suppose, with Drew overseas).. Melbourne had been a good distraction for her. So let's expect this kind of post for at least a month?? Oh My God.

I don't know how i will manage seeing posts like that from her for a month. I might need to be constantly drinking to endure all the tweets to come.
 
I suppose my Dog is RL is my crutch as well, @littlebear . That is not a bad thing, well I don't think it is. Sometimes, in life, you can feel alone although you have heaps of party friends and just need a non judgement friend. I do understand this need. Yep, a dog is a dog and what do they say about being a best friend? Tully has filled a void with this pup, and it is awesome to see
 
So Drew's now HM-less and we find out he's leaving for NYC the next day? Yep, I'm sticking with the lease is about to end and he's moving 'somewhere' else. He'd have more than enough built in HMs if he were staying in his SY pad and I don't believe Tully's going to move there. And the "end of an era" talk wouldn't make sense if he were to move in with the rest of them on his return.

I'm going to go one further now and say Tully was learning to drive his car because she's going to go to Melb to pick up his car and drive it to Sydney while he's gone.

I know @prufrock said she doesn't like speculating but that's all this thread has been for 6+ months now... most of us don't know these ppl from a bar of soap and the only I know is useless. If we're not here to speculate and have fun discussing theories than this thread would have 20k less posts and probably a million less views.

So... I say he's moving to Sydney when he returns from the US and they've never broken up. Gooooooooooo

if Drew is moving to Sydney that means that :biggrin:Dougal:biggrin: is moving to Sydney, but down the road

maybe Tully is pregnant as well, start looking for that growing bump. what school will that baby be going to?

and, does this mean Drew will be going to Uni there, interesting, or attending NIDA?

or, he is in love with the Haim sister and is going to America to elope?

Mrs B, the same exact thought crossed my mind with all the "end of an era" talk but I didn't say anything because Drew's hashtag about Dougal ("you'reliterallydowntheroad") threw me off because I didn't know if he was referring to now or in the future.

I suppose the other possibility is that Drew is moving to the US for a much longer period of time than we think but 1) I think Tully would have had a breakdown so severe by now that she's been admitted, and 2) Drew doesn't have any qualifications other than retail experience so he'd really struggle to live over there for a long time unless he already had modelling and/or acting work lined up.

See, I'm actually leaning now toward just friends after all, albeit weird ones, and maybe not even FWB. The deceit of pretending to be single just doesn't even make sense to me at this point. Why not just say nothing? And I don't think anyone is moving states. I think he's either getting a new HM or moving somewhere else in Melbs when he gets back, and she was learning to drive his car in case she visits the crew while he's away, or to get around on her own when she's there in general. That's my theory (for now).

And @hooleydooley, I agree that pets are wonderful to lean or even depend on--I'm the same. Their unconditional love can be so valuable. But I just find the whole arrangement with Luna ludicrous, and not even good for the dog, so I think it goes beyond dependence on the love to an excuse for not moving forward, and the idea of that being the case for many years to come saddens me.
