They are alot of work. I had no idea. I got two so they would have each other. And they are great mates when they are not fighting over the sock/shoe/ball/bone/food. But I may have tried less to take care of their emotional needs and more to take care of mine, had I known how much work they would turn out to be. Mainly as puppies. They are a bit of a handful still, but they almost sent me nuts as puppies. My friends with kids even thought they were stressful!! They are littermates (sisters) and are english cocker spaniels. Bless them!!

I had a bit of laugh at the never smashing her holden in someone's yard. So bogan.

Also full of racist Asian stereotypes, even the classic dog eating one. Ah, the classics haha.

If she's lucky it could become a bit of a media beat up and she might get some press coverage. Unfortunately she's not really famous enough so they probably won't bother.

I think you're being pretty harsh on people miss-speaking crimmy. I'm pretty sure that even PMs make the occasional word blunder from time to time. Ok someone like Ed who supposedly (I'm taking your word for it since I rarely read social media content from housemates) does on a regular basis could be because of the reasons you've outlined but I think happens to the best of us eventually at some point.

yes perhaps we all do (I never said I'm perfect) but we're not putting it up in a blog

if you're going to publish - EDIT first

and if you're going to publish - make it easy on the eye and an interesting read - pull the reader IN

he's not putting anything out there that is uniquely ED - and that's surely why people would go read his blog for ... not boring shopping tips which don't really make sense in relation to Ed himself

think Ed - do YOU think of shopping? homewares?

why not a sporting blog or sportsware and sporting goods - reviews of them - stuff that he should be comfortable talking about, researching etc

he's not wanting to be the next Martha Stewart or decorating guru surely ...

I don't get bothered easily about race or bullying, it only bothers me when someone goes way over the line. I think she went way over the line here. It also bothers me when people promote stereotypes about their own race. Mikkayla loves to be the mean girl/bully, and then be thin-skinned when someone says anything to her.
 
I think Ed should stick to what he knows on his blog. People who like Ed would probably enjoy reading insights on his footy days, who he thinks will win this year, what the best bar in Melbourne is etc. not bull on what to get girls on Valentines day when he doesn't have a girlfriend and he really didn't demonstrate being a romantic on BB.

Edit - I forgot about the "romantic gifts" Ed gave Jade - his undies to iron, the bracelet and the rock. Ed must have forgot as well

You see I'm not sure if that's what's going on here though.

I grew up in the same town as Mikkayla did. I wouldn't call it "racist" but it is quite rare that you come across someone of Asian-decent. As a result, and I'm not sure if it's due to lack of exposure, or just plain ignorance, but when a lot of locals come across someone that is physically Asian they do seem to get a large kick out of throwing those stereotypes around. Coincidentally when I was growing up I had a friend that had been adopted by Caucasian parents from Korea (same as Mikkayla), and I'd heard every single one of those stereotypes in that video thrown at her. I think that's why I got a kick out of it. It's not like she was promoting the stereotypes, but more poking fun at the ignorant idiots that believe them and feel the need to throw them around.

I can guarantee that those stereotypes she used wouldn't be how Mikkayla sees Asians but more how she knows a lot of others see them.

(Ed's gift-giving skills may be the reason he never has a girlfriend at Christmas - he dumps them before so that he doesn't have to think what to buy)
