This pic makes me wonder how Gretel would have handled it when interviewing the evicted HM's, Tully & Ed especially. Love her expression lol.

I always felt that Gretel was way too scripted and not natural with any of her reactions etc.
I know that Sonia would also be scripted but she is much more natural and friendly towards the HM's.

I thought Gretel handled the Merlin incident pretty well given they could not have scripted that. I just liked her I guess, don't dislike Sonia but would like a bit more bite in the interviews.

I've never been a fan of Gretel as a person (she was dreadful on the radio station I used to listen to on the way to work in the mid-80s), but she was a great host for BB. She watched the show and was interested in the HMs and wrote her own questions for the evictees. She pushed those that she knew she could and went a little easier on those that she needed to. She didn't handle the Michael (2006?) eviction too well, but she handled the unexpected Merlin one very well.

Gretel having a go at Tully was perfect, but it just reminded me how much this was needed during the show - Gretel didn't hold back and always seemed brutally honest with who she liked and who she didn't. I always liked her hosting style, she is so different to so many other hosts, I liked how mean she could be and her desperate flirting with pretty much every guy. Gretel is smart and was good at thinking on her feet, or so it always appeared.
I would hate to piss her off, she is scary!!

i had to record Tully this morning as i had a very unexpected busy day. i still haven't watched it as yet but looking here Tully looked amazing, they went off topic, and Gretel was there
i loved Gretel as a host, she was very intimidating which made for exciting interviews. you knew Gretel was going to ask the questions the viewers wanted her to when she started to smirk which was followed by her quizzical look

Agreed. The whole outfit seems kind of daggy for a tv appearance... Bra hanging out the sides of the top and tucked in to those pants??? I don't get it.

I would loved to have seen her in a nice dress or skirt. She still looked fabulous on air though.

i don't think they went off topic in the interview, it just wasn't long enough, shared between 5 people they need to allocate a lot more airtime so it doesn't end up that they are cut off like they were today
Tully did look SUPER amazing i can't believe her phone has it's own pillow, hopefully it is not mine sneaking off at night, rejected by an object for an object? new one AND, she takes her phone in the shower, haha. she definitely has FOMO, just hope she doesn't miss out on giving her body a scrub when she is in there
