ya know Pookie - we DO try ... and tonight when we were all ogling the great shots of Ed you were included by being tagged so you'd see them too ...

you did go a bit over the top with the Jade reference/criticism which did seem unwarranted .. and now because someone called you on it on it you throw your hands up in the air and say you can't be bothered ... well its like a child throwing a tanty because they didn't get their own way

noone is ever going to have it all their own way here but if we were all just sitting here agreeing with one another 100% it would be a boring never-ending kumbaya chorus and the thread would have died a natural death long ago

roll your shoulders ... if you stop looking so hard for offense in every sentence with the name Ed in it you'll probably even manage to enjoy yourself more

The way I see it, Ed has been getting almost hero status on this thread of late, not quiet up there with Tully and Drew, but not far off.
Jade is still gets passive aggressive digs here, at times, concerning everything from her hair to her spelling and her career aspirations. But as a Jade fan I just ignore and never say anything, until now, that stupid rant about a photo was just idiotic. Have you been waiting for her to do something wrong just to have a dig..wow, is that all you could come up with. :rolleyes:

There is a reason a separate Jade thread exists, so we don't upset the fans of other HM's who obviously don't like her. If you don't like her don't read there, simple.

Jade and Ed seem fine with their friendship now, they have both moved on so should you. Your precious ED is safe from the big bad Jade, you need not worry anymore.

As you can see by my avi, that is the Pookie I like to remember from my childhood, don't ruin it for me :mad: OK back to lurkdom, rant over.

2) There has been barely a negative word said about Ed in this or other threads for probably a month, other than jokes about his fashion choices, which are jokes we make about ALL housemates.
3) Forum members are going out of their way to include you because they respect that you have a different opinion. That is why you are being tagged - out of kindness
4) If you actually read the thread, instead of assuming the worst of us, you would realise that we all have different favourites, and different HM's we don't like. And many of us fluctuate.
5) I find it hypocritical you give this advice to people "You should take a deep breath and learn to accept that not everybody cares about or even likes your favourite"
6) As I have told you numerous times, forum members are constantly giving reasons why a certain HM is their fave - give it a shot and tell us why you like Ed so much, I think you will be surprised how much support people will give you. And it is far more reasonable than your usual behaviour of attacking forum members/other HMs all the time
And 7) Jade's cousin took a photo of her sitting on a childrens bed at Ikea. How on Earth is that infantilising of women? If she was wandering around in nappies with a dummy in her mouth, I might understand, but maybe they were just having fun? Or is that not allowed? I can only imagine how aghast you were of the photos of Caleb and Tahan visiting the Royal Children's Hospital. Or Jade helping kids with crafts through the Starlight Foundation before Christmas. There are many people of this thread who don't like Jade, but at least their reasons are rational. Again, just be honest, and say why you don't like her, and you will be surprised how much support you get

Can I get an amen! Honestly I tagged Pookie in the pics of Ed's modelling shots because I thought she'd like to see them. None of that crap she responded with was needed at all. She gets on our case for saying negative things about Ed sometimes (which pisses me off as well because collectively we do more to defend him than anyone else) but at the first sign Ed and Jade were over she was in the JA thread referring to Jade as a "slut". Unbelievable. Last time I try and do something nice for her.

I'd had a great night. Did not want to come home and read that.

Calm this shit down y'all... It's kind of been going on all day and it's taking the enjoyment out of the thread. Now [MENTION=35686]camerashy1[/MENTION]... Where's the orchestra?
