This was exacerbated by the fact that Ed, whom I suspect very very much wanted to win, couldn't work out how to let her down gently. He (rightly, if the Jade Appreciation thread is anything to go by) was concerned that if he was too blunt with Jade he would lose his fan base. Little did he know that he was probably damned if he did and damned if he didn't.
In terms of the awkwardness of their relationship, I think they've both made mistakes, but who knows?

i 90% agree here. i would say Jade was a bit too over confident in attaining male attention, i wouldn't say she was uncomfortable
 
I think you're all attributing too much strategy or even underhandedness to Jade. She's is insecure, she thinks that her looks are all that she has to offer so she's using what she has to seek the security and love she craves in her life. End of...she would be better off with Drew or Tim but she'll figure it out when Ed disappoints her

Yes I do agree to an extent - I was using her words because I do remember her saying that he was more together than she is

I don't see Ed as selfish AT ALL
I actually think he's in this whole mess because he's being too considerate of Jade but I'm sure people will argue otherwise
 
Guys I know it's freedom of speech and all that, but can we keep this thread to just updates on the couples not who we should feel bad for or who is a horrible person.. Cause we get it Tully cheated got together with a guy, but it's over!

Lol that makes zero sense. What do you mean they did not naturally fall in love.

What does that mean? They grew closer and closer. Drew was not hunted down or trapped. The only thing holding Drew back was Tully and him letting her decide what was okay or not okay because he knew nothing of her relationship in terms of detail. The idea that Drew had to be trapped by Tully does not jibe, at all, with what we actually saw.

I'm not a hater of Drully and I'm a hopeless Boog and Tim shipper

but I'm going to give credit where credit's due - Boogs and Drew are sososo cute!

Love his latest instagram "Boogs you weren't the best company, so I ate your inflight meal. Sorrrryyyy" (insert pic of Drew with a sleeping Boogs on the plane)

Probably because they are doing all of their appearances together. I am sure there will be a lot more to come as they are now heading home to Melbourne, and have other appearances scheduled together. That is what happens when you are double evicted with a fellow Melbournian.

it's not just appearances, it's dinner, some animal thing, on the plane, all personal

no private and natural ones of him and Tully :confused:

You mean when Drew had a crush on Jade and Jade didn't really give two flips about Drew except as a security blanket and way station? Seems what you are saying Tully was telling Drew was true then...

Pretty clear you have an irrational hatred of Tully, which for some reason keeps causing you to make things up and/or make wild claims. Why not back off a bit, as you seem to have lost the plot, the table of contents, the title and the dust jacket.

I understand where 90% of the crazed Tully hatred comes from on this forum. People upset about a relationship they knew nothing about (Tahlia and Tully) and still know nothing about. People jumped to all kinds of conclusions with no actual idea as to what their relationship was. I don't know if it strung a chord in people because of their own baggage or what.

Your idea that Tully stalked Drew and ensnared him is crazy. It becomes even more glaringly crazy given the context of the other major relationship in the house. Drew himself has said he is glad Jade did not reciprocate his feelings early on as things worked out much better for both of them. This isn't because of Tully poisoning Drew. It is because Drew is a smart guy and realized him and Jade would have little in common to base a relationship on.
