The best conspiracy theorist I've been reading is a person in aviation with twitter handle Flyingwithfish. He supposedly has sources in US Dept of Homeland Security and has said for a week now that plane flew on and didn't crash, probably pilots are involved, and that there was something on the plane that was wanted by whoever took it. One possibility for what was "stolen" is the 20 employees of Freescale Semiconductors which is a defense contractor in the US. There are also unknowns about the cargo on board which is very suspicious and the press hasn't been talking about. So, the conclusion is not terrorism per se, but the work of terrorists or a hostile foreign government. Which could potentially mean the plane landed with a government's approval.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist but in the absence of any official conclusion, I find his analysis fascinating.

WOW, keep reading them. t's very very interesting what this company does. hate to think what these guys will be used for

yeah i read something about those employees of Freescale Semiconductors being on board a few days back, and wondered if that could be possibility or related somehow..especially with radar knowledge

Doomed airliner pilot was political fanatic: Hours before flying MH370 he attended trial of jailed Malaysian opposition leader as FBI reveal passengers could be at a secret location

Police are investigating the possibility that the pilot of missing Flight MH370 hijacked his own aircraft in a bizarre political protest. It is feared that Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah (pictured left), an 'obsessive' activist, was profoundly upset when he sat down at the controls of the Boeing 777. Investigators believe that on March 7 he attended the trial of Malaysia's opposition leader, Anwar Ibrahim (right), whom he supports. FBI investigators have not ruled out the possibility that the plane landed and is being held at an unknown location.

I've been reading about the stuff in Crimea as well. Like they've blocked all the Ukraine TV network signals to the area, and are only allowing access to pro-Russian media. I don't know if it just the foreign media saying these things, or if it is true, but it's pretty baffling what people with the right skills can do.

There is a lot of "cloak and dagger" going on - delays in releasing information, disinterest from certain countries and almost over interest from others, all this stuff that keeps "just" coming up which people would've known about immediately after the incident

The pilot was "allegedly" a big supporter of the opposition government, including the leader was recently sentenced to jail for "homosexual" activity, which is illegal in Malaysia:

wasn't this on the day though, he was angry after court. the plane's disappearance would more likely be due to be a premeditated act rather than an impulsive one

if they wanted those guys from Freescale, they should look at past dealings with them, even on the forums, haha. yeah i know

Yep, totally agree. If it was impulsive and to send a message, the pilot would have actually "sent" the message (eg. a letter etc.). It would be "convenient" for the Malaysian government if the pilot was at fault and also happened to support the opposition.

I'm more disgusted homosexuality is illegal. I had been reading about Malaysia and this "law" just before the flight went missing - there was a lot of criticism about the Malaysian political system associated with this. Not that our laws are that much better.

Now deleted .... wonder why?

I'm all for girls having fun and girl power. (I did engineering way back when - when it wasnt 'fashionable' and against my parents advice) T just bugs me tho'. She makes me cringe. Why be so agressive/shallow? Can't she do something better than crappy pseudo modelling/advertising and drunken lewd pics and tweets.

I liked the way Tully was acting while Tahlia was gone but as soon as she came back it was emo, drunken, acting like an ass Tully to the fore

Yeah seriously what's up with that? Tully was significantly more tolerable when Tahlia was overseas but she reverted straight back to the way she was after the original Drew breakup as soon as Tahlia got back.

Can't see that Tully would be able to keep both of them in her life in any significant capacity anyway, be it friends or something more. I mean Drew and Tahlia are never going to be able to be in the same room together. Given the ridiculous Luna situation and how close Tully and Tahlia seem at the moment I think it's best for Drew to just steer clear and move on.

Agree 100%. But typical Tully changes like the wind so she is unpredictable
