She is too late for Carnival. In Rio there is a Sambadrome. But even in Salvador the parades are about to start. The blocos go on for ever, of course.

The World Cup is liable to be a blood bath. I doubt whether she would like that. The PM are going to be inside the stadiums.

I think it is the way the lighting makes his hair look to be greying, plus the hair style
