it's great Tully is getting away, and i hope it's just by herself, so she can have a good think about what has happened, what is happening, and what she wants to happen in her life. she is just stopping, reviving, and surviving. it's a good sign, i hope :rolleyes:

What in the frickety frack does this bird need R&R from?! A life of drinking, posing for selfies, smothering Luna and chasing down the nearest kebab van? Her life is one big R&R already. Seriously I just can't.

She is not perfect, none of the hm's are.
I was a fan of Tim and jade and I found Tim's video harmless and funny - it told us nothing that we already knew.
It may have hit a nerve with the 4 hm's it involved, if it was about me I would probably be upset too.
Jade seems to be moving on with her life, she does a lot of charity work, doing her acting studies and attempting to get an acting gig - good on her I say.
Leave the poor girl alone, I am sure all the hm's read the forums, it must upset them to read such harsh words.

REALLY? Where were you when Tim, Tahan, Tully or any of the other HMs were torn to shreds? I didn't see you chirping then. Did you stick up for the girls who were called whores and sluts because they did the unforgiveable by allowing Ed to follow them on Instagram? I'll leave that "poor girl" alone the day you and everyone else leaves every other HM alone. Oh wait... kind of defeats the purpose of having a fucking discussion forum now doesn't it? This isn't an appreciation thread.

Her liver needs some R&R. I don't really think she is broke I think she has been having a go at those who have commented on how she was broke. She might very well be fishing for a free room that she can do a report about on social media in exchange.

Completely agree with this.... If it's by herself!!! I think she def needs some reevaluation time on her own (away from the crazy party scene and her social circle)..
 
Tully does need some time alone, I agree. I think she has forgotten or never has enjoyed the simpler things in life without having a group around her or just someone there. Maybe it's just me, but I find when in away from everyone I see things not only clearly but I start to appreciate life differently and do feel more positive about myself. It's a good experience, though it helps when you are in a nice place too. It's a convenience thing I think

I don't think she's broke either. I said awhile back that she's too smart of a girl to not have stashed cash from her high flying job before going on BB and she also has her dad as backup. She probably doesn't have the cash to fly to Melb every 2nd week but she's also not living on half a pack of Ramen for dinner each night. I reckon she's fishing too.

that is exactly it, a break from her lifestyle, whether she wants to keep going the way she is, or change things and go on a different path. it is probably a reflection break, time to take off her rose-coloured glasses, and just when i got mine re-tinted, haha

Of course not. And we saw with Tim and Ben that if you want a media type job then BB can be a good stepping stone into that. It's really just a giant audition to show off yourself and your personality and both of them obviously knew that. I think Ed knew it too but he went the wrong way about it. He was too scared to put a foot wrong he ended up stifling himself and his personality too much. It's completely different if you want an acting career though. They don't want you to shine as you, they want you to have the skills to shine as a character and tell the story. If anything I think BB would actually be a hinderance to anyone trying to get into acting, especially Jade who's always been quite popular and is still bombarded on SM constantly, especially about the Jaded SL. Nobody wants to hire an actor where people can't see them as their character but only as "Jade from Big Brother". It might be advantageous to get new viewers in, but if she wants to be a serious actress and not a "gimmick" then it's a hindrance.

Did you write "leave the poor girl alone" when Tully or Jazz was copping it in here? What about "leave the poor guy alone" when Ed, Tim, Nathan or Ben were being criticised? I'm just curious because I can't remember every post written in here.

Agree so much with Eds mistake on this. Sometimes limiting yourself to the viewers isn't the best decision. And for me, I felt he did. Even disliked personalities are noticed and people can't help but want to know more about them. This is how I am with Kyle sandilands lol. I admit, I am not a big fan, but he intrigues me all the same.

It might take time for jade, because you're right she will be seen as jade from bb, but maybe putting herself out there as a personality isn't such a bad idea. She can become more than that perhaps? I don't have a clue in all honesty, but whatever she feels she needs to do then good luck. Getting into acting is no easy career.
 
the thumbs up reply from Tully about whether her and Drew 'got together already' is very confusing. i am guessing it came from a NZ viewer :confused: maybe i should have ordered a stronger script on my glasses with the re-tint

Any negative about Jade is seen as bashing whereas it's ok to bash Ed and others? Hypocritical. About time she got a job, it's not an 'endless Summer'. She could waitress and find time to attend acting classes. Why is Home and Away seen as her goal? It's a cheap soapie watched only by teenagers and people with low IQs. They need to do theatre, small roles in anything, ads, extras work and work hard.
She probably will get into H & A but so what?

Thank you for proving my point. Instead of giving me an answer as to why Jade is the "poor girl" yet all of the other HMs and even random girls online are fair game out comes the victim card. Rinse and repeat every time.

I think she just misses him. Okay so I think I might buy the colored glasses so I can also see things in color. Haha

I think her definition of broke is not the I-have-no-food kind of broke. Maybe when she posted that she wants to buy something or go somewhere but the cash in hand isn't enough. I'm guilty of saying that line also so I don't hold that against her.
