yes that was the night he arrived after Tully had been evicted...he said some stuff about Tully, and then wondered why Drew didnt go out of his way to hang out with him. Drew seemed pleasant enough from online chats we saw of them together/within groups.
I think Nathan was hoping to buddy up with Ben when he entered the house but even Ben didnt seem that keen on him.
Jade said her and Ed tried to talk to him after he told them all at a family dinner that he felt left out and wasn't coping, but he kind of just snubbed them.
He was furious when the sugar sisters were evicted, saying Australia got it wrong etc.
I think it was Nathan own attitude that made him feel an outsider in the house...so that's why he quit.

Looks like he's had a skilled amateur or someone professional work on that video. I wonder if that's from the production company?

Also the title card says 25 facts when we only got 21. What deep dark secrets did they hold back in those 4 missing facts? Dun, dun, dun...
