Man of Steel was pretty funny

"it's a bird, it's a plane, it's coming straight for us" loved this

"it's supposed to go in all the way" "that's what she said" :hilarious:

It was, but it had been 33 years since a great Superman film (not counting animation). Funny but depressing because it was so accurate. They are all pretty clever in their accuracy :D

they might just be overthinking the movies, you don't think about it at the time you are enjoying them. i would be so spooked to play Superman, i honestly think that role is cursed

Sometimes, definitely. When I watched The Dark Knight Rises I was thinking a lot of what they said, but not so much with Frozen or the Avengers. I just loved those.

That curse saved Superman fans more hard times (we've suffered enough!). Aston Kutcher was going to be cast in one of the many proposed films before bloody Bryan Singer failed at Superman Returns. But he refused because he believed the curse. Bullet dodged!

it's a really sad curse, Ashton had sense not to do it, but not enough to say no to 2 and a half men, although he was 'winning' financially

when they go to Hyde Park recruiting people in their lunch breaks, it's time to run back to work

Also, there was a setup around here, a few years ago - at a Country Ag Show - and they had set up a Stall and they were overwhelmed with 'visitors'
I was stunned with the amount of people that were curious ...... :greyalien::speechless:

HAHA When my Dad was very, very young, he used to preach on a box in Hyde Park (Baptist Stuff) - was before my time and a long time ago!

OMG, how strange. he was probably on a box so he could be heard over the creepologists. at least he was open about his religion, the others use deception, lucky their spell doesn't work on me, and i am broke so i would be a bad sect member, hahaha

what? people are always looking for something else, something more. i had a cute guy come to my door from Jehovah's Witnesses. after a couple of visits accompanied by a lady, another cute older guy came with him. it ended up with me saying i would be too evil in thought for their religion, wink wink, and they never came. tough, don't knock on my door

*back, they never came back

Yeah is very Strange - it would have been in the early 50's - not sure if those creepologists were around then ..... Funny that he dropped it all, and never really preached when we were growing up, I suppose he was too busy earning the $ to keep our mouths fed!

Even if you are broke, you got to watch out for the ones that might make you 'rich' in more ways than one!

The JWs don't come to my door (you might know why), and thank goodness for that! Nothing do I hate more, than people knocking on my door at 9am in the morning!!!! I have had them call at that time, a few years back, when I lived a normal life. Anyway, all I can say is that it was a really scarey time for me, in my thoughts, that the town would be taken over by those creepologists!!!!!![DOUBLEPOST=1406828745][/DOUBLEPOST]Yeah is very Strange - it would have been in the early 50's - not sure if those creepologists were around then ..... well that guy should really be the face of JW's, hot but not sweaty. he was too sweet and innocent to be true, a prince charming, but his talking did my head in, he had been brainwashed, got by dem damn joho's, and i was trying to convert him to atheism, naughty and :sneaky:

HAHA - Good on you - nothing like giving back what is given! I am always amazed by those that want to try to change people, to believe in what they believe - AND - try to enter your own space to do so. I worked for some JWs a few years ago. They never tried to push or discuss their religion or way, ever - in the year I was in their employment. I still wonder why I was not a target - maybe I was just a lost cause to them, and not worth wasting time on - LOL.
