It does according to Bella a.k.a Sophie a.k.a Alex Forrest a.k.a. Annie Wilkes.

I don't like much of Boog's fashion sense but she has pretty hands and these nails look lovely, better than Tully's frequent nail photos.
They don't look like her hands

He often looks unhappy, or maybe a bit empty or just going through the motions, to me.

I think if the class of 2013 across all the reality shows ever sat down and discussed who as a whole is doing better than anyone else... this thread alone would take the BB crew over the line. There are contestants from MKR a few months ago who would fail to have their name remembered - and even a few on the Voice right now who would suffer the same fate - and yet there's a large community here still rooting for these men and women so they win. They might not get the fame and fortune they expected but maybe they'll someday see Reggie's interview and realised even that's not all it's cut up to be.He seems lost, unsure of himself, unhappy.I think the aftermath of the show has done a lot of damage to his ego. I think the same thing happened to Caleb and maybe a few others. Makes me sad. I really hope he is able to shake off the hatred and criticism he has endured and gets his confidence back. I think a lot more people are pulling for him than he realizes. Because its usually the negative critical people that do the most posting, not the ones who care.
On another note going back to the Tigermist discussion earlier, this is my acquaintance that I'd talked about who went on the trip and she's somehow now wearing Tigermist. Even more surprisingly this to me is leaps and bounds over what we've ever seen Tahan in so I wonder if they have different lines for different personalities as this is pretty on-trend and not outright awful (to me at least lol).

I agree that he seems lost, but am not sure if it is related to the criticism that much (although I do think Ed, Tully and Jade have copped the majority of the nastiness).
Ed has always been surrounded by like-minded people. He's admitted that he has always followed Nick's lead, and although he left home at 18, he went from the heart of one very close (and I think rigid in terms of class and behaviour) family to being closeted in a close team environment. Again, all with the same goals, being told how to behave, minded etc. And while he was in a different state from Nick, they were still doing the same thing and therefore still understanding each other's experiences. Even now, 9 years later, his circle is still football heavy.
In BB, Ed was on his own, without his people, for the first time. He had a freedom to be that he hadn't had before. He did things he never thought he would, was exposed to people who thought differently, and didn't value the same things as highly as him. He was able to let another facet of his personality have some air, and explore it for 3 months without feedback from the people who's judgement and opinions he usually he sought. While it is only one facet of himself, and I doubt it would ever direct his life, I think he liked the BB Ed that he found.
Leaving the house Ed said that his BB experience was something that Nick couldn't understand. This is probably the only time that he can't share something with Nick. Also, BB Ed has been buried back in Melbourne reality and I think Ed is missing that. He found a little piece of himself for a while and is a little lost without that now.
TBH, I think he should try and find that person again as an outlet. For example, he takes some really interesting photos at times. Maybe get himself a good camera and do a photography course - explore that talent, and meet completely different people from his crowd again. Or something else where he can let himself cut the ties a bit.

I do tend to agree with you on this. I too have noticed that he doesn't appear overly happy in a lot of photos for quite some time now. His new job will open him to more people outside his normal circle which is heavily sport influenced.

True - hopefully that will help him, if Real Estate is something that he actually wants to do and enjoys rather than something he is doing because Nick is and it seems like a good way to make money.
He also mentioned in the house that he has the same friends that he has had since they changed schools in year 8 (13 or 14 odd years) - and you can see this in his twitter and instagram. While there is nothing at all wrong with that, they are still all from the same pretty privileged background - so still a fairly insular circle. I think his life isn't fitting him quite as well now as it did before BB, and he needs more.

Ed made it no secret that he wanted things to happen for him off the back of BB, and it would be very disheartening for him that it didn't happen. I see the same "let down" in Caleb and Tully a lot of the time.
True. He is going to be special guest commentator for Nick's team's game tomorrow on ABC1 - so that might be something happening for him -

She must have flown out at midnight last night.
This post is the closest to how I feel. I've compared Ed early on after bb, where he would sport the tight pants and mismatched blazers lol. But the way he posed for pictures, there was a pride in them and his stature oozed confidence. This Ed, in the recent photos looks miserable and deflated. A lot of the bb casts wanted something to happen for them and feared having nothing to return to, sure. But I think the backlash he most likely endured is starting to show now. Take that and not having something to hold on to after bb- well I think it has affected him. I hope he can shake it off too sparrow, like mrs b said, there are people who want to see good things happen go him.He seems lost, unsure of himself, unhappy.I think the aftermath of the show has done a lot of damage to his ego. For the first couple of months out of the house there was an extreme amount of nastiness directed at Ed, Jade, Tully and Mikkayla which now appears to have dropped off however I did notice some horrible stuff on one of Tully's instagram pics the other day. The trolls are still out there just not as vocal as they once were.

In the last few days Tully has lost followers because they don't like her posting promotional photos. One person accused her of bragging and another accused her of narcissism. WTF???
