Breakfast
“At the moment I usually wake up around 5:00 a.m. and have a T2 Green Tea to start the day. I really feel like it helps my digestion system to get a good kick start. Then for breakfast I’ll either have two poached eggs, rocket, spinach, tomato and avocado on gluten free bread or sourdough. Or, homemade granola made with oats, coconut oil, almonds, walnuts, cashews, goji berries, coconut flakes, quinoa flakes, chia seeds and maple syrup."

“Breakfast is the most important part of the day, and if you’re going to have a big meal it should be at breakfast. You have all day to burn it off so having some carbs such as bread is OK in my books.”

Snack
“For snacks, I tend to eat quinoa rice cakes with avocado, tomato and cottage cheese. Or some tuna.”

Lunch
“My favourite food for dinner and lunch can be similar, depending how hungry I am or what carbs I’ve had that day. But for lunch I tend to eat things like chicken breast with half an avocado, tomato, spinach and rocket or brown rice with tuna and veggies.”

Dinner
“For dinner I like to eat things like roast veggies and chicken breast, but I try to avoid foods like potatoes when I’m having a roast. Make the switch to sweet potato, it’s much better for you. Another favourite dish is sweet potato bake with brown rice and coconut milk (not cream).”

Dessert
“I don’t often eat dessert, but I will have pasta once every few weeks as a cheat meal.”
