This is also when she had a heartfelt convo with Tim - that many of us in the LF feed thread regardless of our faves admitted made us teary eyed - and then she immediately ran to Ed to go bash Tim. She went batty for a few weeks there.

She was drinking too much of Ed and Mikkayla's Kool-Aid.
 
So people have somehow decided that Jade is a gold digger because her boyfriend in Italy was supposedly wealthy? Couldn't be that she actually loved him, hence being so upset about their breakup that she'd move across the world.

That's the only way people could have gotten that idea because surely a gold digger wouldn't have been interested in Ed. Average footy player that was retired by 26 doesn't exactly scream "show me the money". If she wanted someone wealthy she would have gone for Drew because the earning potential of an engineer is much higher. A true gold digger would know that.

Also she's a gold digger, why hasn't she tried to jump Tim by now? 250k in the bank, good job in the media that can pay for a nice apartment in Bondi. Surely gold digger Jade would be all over that.

Jesus, although I don't agree with them, at least I can see where people would get that impression when they call her stupid, boring, weak, clingy, etc. Gold digger is a huge stretch.

Jade to me really seems like she's working hard to create something for herself that's financially sustainable. People that work two jobs while at school as a child to support their parent, that pick up their whole lives to start over in another country with nothing, that are happy to go and work behind the scenes to learn the ropes after being on television, those people aren't gold diggers. They're hard workers.

She said she wanted emotional stability in a partner and that's why she fell for Ed. There is a huge difference between wanting someone emotionally stable and wanting someone financially stable.


And what's all this about Tully and Drew having a baby? Have I missed something? As much as that would be interesting to follow for entertainment purposes, I could not approve of that for the well being of that poor child alone.

I tend to agree with Mrs B on this one, I don't think she realised the extent of his "being social" which not only included a lot of boozing but also being with a group most of the time rather than on their own. Although I have noticed since the start of the footy season it does appear to have dropped off a bit, but then again he could be more selective with what he is posting. Possibly due to the new job?

I definitely think he has become more selective in his posting, though whether that is due to the new job or because of who he is with I don't know. He still posts some drunken shockers, but less of those and more 'event' ones where he still may be drinking. He has also posted a couple of unprofessional photos which were quickly deleted - the one inside a client's office space (his first solo inspection) and the other night's Savill's internal newsletter with his face on it as a new starter.

She bought her own car in Italy and bought out the BF's interest in their apartment when they broke up. Why do you think he was rich? He was a ski instructor, yes, but she comes from a ski village so that is no big deal. She does not go go exclusively for rich, handsome men. Ed was not her usual type. She likes guys who work manually and have scars and, as Drew pointed out to her (and she agreed with), the guys she went for usually were like Justynn - he's hardly rich or good looking. She worked in Italy for 4 years before she moved to Ballina - where she did work as a barmaid and modelled to support herself rather than sit on her butt and collect Centrelink benefits indefinitely.

Why do you think she didn't sell the car and use the money to come back here? And why do you have to believe the ex paid the deposit? She was working.

She didn't move back with her mother - her mother lives down in the Southern Highlands - she moved in with her grandparents up in Ballina (an area where she has other family members) and got herself a job while attending classes. So what if that job was as a barmaid and model? They are both legitimate jobs. Many students - whether acting students, TAFE students or Uni students - work in hospitality as bar staff, waiters/waitresses, dishpigs etc

From memory it was when the 'cool' kids were making the kazoo noises with the straws trying to get the others to snap (Tim admitted that is what they were trying to do, not my interpretation of it). Some of the others, particularly Maddie and Mikk, but also Ed, were talking about why they were doing and the comment came in that conversation.

I think being used as a toy in a tug-of-war between Tim and Ed wore her down - she perked up well when Ed left, and that situation ended.

I haven't read all the comments after this but yes Mrs B you are correct and TLD is incorrect but then again that person is always negative towards Jade in any way they possibly can be

He has some of his work on permanent exhibit in galleries and museums through Europe and in the US. He has also had work on exhibit in galleries here in Australia.

And lol don't worry, Drully aren't actually contemplating having a baby or anything (from what we know). That discussion just came from pure speculation.
 
I assuming he is either getting his cast off soon/changed soon otherwise that would look a bit odd at work

I still think it is not funny and pretty mean, but I always thought Ed was a f wit. The people who are leaving comments on instagram are horrible, thank god I don't go reading too much on there. Sometimes just reading the comments that you guys bring over from instagram and post on here are hard enough.
