EPISODE 2: ‘GRUB’
A terrifying look at the Aussie diet. Includes an Indian take on ‘How to build your own barbie.’


EPISODE 3: ‘RHYMING SLANG’
Like the mother tongue itself, the Brits invented Rhyming Slang, the Australians have turned it into an art form. From Barry Crocker (shocker) to Germaine Greer (beer). Introduction of ‘Chopper’ the talking cockie.

EPISODE 4: ‘FAMOUS AUSTRALIANS’
Includes a truly C-class impersonations of Pauline Hanson and a clumsy re-enactment of a Ned Kelly hold-up. Maharaji Davo takes us through the car used by Mel Gibson in Mad Max. The students also partake in a dress-as-a-famous-Aussie day.

EPISODE 5: ‘NICKNAMES - HELLO CHOPPER’
‘Chopper’ the talking cockie takes over the class with his incessant foul mouth/beak. The students adopt some anglicised names and then convert them/Australianise them to varying levels of success. Eg. Gibson to ‘Gibbo’, Leslie to ‘Leso’.

EPISODE 6: ‘THE SLACKARSE COUNTRY’
A deep and disturbing look at the great Australian beach holiday and their obsession with National holidays. Includes a re-enactment of a camping trip to Rosebud.
 
Meh. I've been called pathetic, a bitch, a nutjob, crazy, precious, told nobody liked me and to fuck off all on this forum...both indirectly in threads I've read and directly to me...by regular posters in this very thread and also by posters I've never talked with directly. I've been mocked constantly as an individual and also as part of a group - again both directly and that I've stumbled on while reading other threads. I'm also no stranger to having a lot of people express their contempt for you all at once on here...

It happens, and has to a lot of us. I've learnt though that here everyone seems to be generally decent humanoids and they wouldn't criticise someone unless they felt it was justified (there's two sides to every story) so I don't really see the need for the judgey (and completely hypocritical) mean girl labelling frankly.
 
I dunno know about anybody else but I get a kick out of derz posts especially because of the reactions he elicits from various posters. lulz 😄 I don't agree with some of the things he spouts as admittedly they're a little 'out there' but can't say that I've ever felt the need to block him. *shrugs*

Also he's a veteran of this forum and literally part of the furniture which deserves some respect, particularly from noobs. 🧐 :p j/k

I don't know if there are many in jokes. There was a minor religious dust up and Tim went total wanker-mode in multiple areas. But that's just the last few days.
