Incorrect. The original (2000 - 2004) house was NOT built on a soundstage. It was a couple of double wide trailers in a parking lot. Said parking lot was later the site of a new office building and BB was moved to the studio that housed Yes, Dear.

Also looking at satellite imagery I’m convinced they superimposed the BB eye onto the existing solar panels of that structure. Probably just a nod to that being the general area the show will be filmed.

The logo is definitely superimposed, you can see it move a couple frames of its anchor point, (if that's the right terminology? )
