Yeah, Nah.
Paris 2024 is the most successful Games in Australian history
Australia is celebrating its best single day in Olympic history, with the Paris Games becoming the nation’s most successful ever Games.
A flurry of four gold and two bronze medals on Day 12 has tipped Australia past its previous best result of 17 gold in Athens 2004 and Tokyo 2020, and 16 gold in Sydney in 2000.

Yeah, Nah.
While it resembles synchronised swimming on land, rhythmic gymnastics holds a certain fascination for me
I went to visit my parents last night, swapped it over during half time in to footy and we were so engrossed in it, we forgot to flick it back over haha. It’s unbelievable what they do!

Yeah, Nah.
Ok…a PhD in break dancing? There’s hope for me yet…I’ll go for a PhD in drinking! I’m really good at it and have had lots of experience!
The highlights were cringe enough for me. Not an Olympics sport, fuck it off!
Don’t think it’s in the schedule for LA …bit surprising? And I don’t think Brizzy will go for it?The highlights were cringe enough for me. Not an Olympics sport, fuck it off!

Yeah, Nah.
Yep LA booted it.Don’t think it’s in the schedule for LA …bit surprising? And I don’t think Brizzy will go for it?
They’re being back baseball / softball, some version of Gridiron Oztag, and cricket! Squash as well I think.
Brizzy surely has to bring in Netball. I can’t believe it’s not an Olympic sport yet.
I vote for Turkish Oil Wrestling.Don’t think it’s in the schedule for LA …bit surprising? And I don’t think Brizzy will go for it?

Yeah, Nah.
NZ ended up with another gold and bronze. Well done team!
- New Zealand now has 20 medals - 10 golds, seven silvers and three bronzes.
NZ definitely punching above its weight. Happy for our mates across the ditch!

it was a made for TV event that broke from over a hundred years of tradition by taking the song and dance from the stadium to the Seine.Ps. Opening ceremony was a bit of a snooze fest in my opinion
It clearly wasn't made for TV though - it was terrible as a TV spectacle.it was a made for TV event that broke from over a hundred years of tradition by taking the song and dance from the stadium to the Seine.
