No Big Brother on Friday, Sunday.

.....
As always, wednesday night shows will give us nothing except nominations and a recap of the eviction. Thursdays will likely become the only show with anything remotely substantial.
....

Ahem, they may have 5 minutes in Weds night show to include another pantry door banging scene in again.... Wooooot!

Everything you said there in your post though, truth!!!!!

Haha

So there are 10 episodes of this show? That seems easy enough to watch. Was there only ever one season? And did any other country make it?

What happened to the legal case?
Yep 10 episodes and only the one season. So as far as I cam tell no other country has had a crack at it.

I think it was an original format by the American ABC, not sure what happened to the legal case.

Lol thanks for answering the question barrage.

If CBS Sued ABC I wonder if Ten would be worried about Endemol suing them if they tried it in Australia?

I remember reading an article on reality blurred about it. As far as I can remember the reason the CBS sued ABC is because the producers who left BBUS had used some of the same production processes.... or something like that.... Hold let me see if I can find the article.

Ok here we go....

The producers have admitted that one of them used confidential Big Brother manuals in the production of The Glass House

Ahh there we go. So the door isn't necessarily closed.

Foxtel's showing BB on Friday this week. 7:30pm on 9 followed by a repeat of BBT and then Contagion

Same schedule is also on yourtv.com.au

This is for both Melbourne and Sydney

So where is that article coming from? The one in the OP? That looks like a completely different schedule?

Yep its showing up for me as well, but maybe Nine hasnt updated their guides yet, it has happened in the past and David Knox from TVTonight where the article came from usually has information on his website before it appears in TV guides.

I posted the same thing ^^ on tvtonight and David replied "Sure . Come back and tell me that this time tomorrow ;)"

I trust David so if he says it's changing, then it must be. Seems strange Foxtel hasn't updated their scheduling though... they're usually really on the ball with this stuff.

Yeah maybe it's that.

I see next Wednesday's episode is scheduled for 2 hours from 8:40 to 10:40 so maybe that extra 30 minutes is to make up for the lost time on Friday?

Isn't the show as it is a few days behind as it is? I swear Marina was in 2 or 3 days before it actually aired

Well the show that goes to air is technically supposed to show stuff from the previous day, but Marina went in on Friday morning which was shown to us on Monday night because of no Big Brother show on Saturday or Sunday.

"Too many stories"

Didn't Homer Simpson come home from the doctors and tell Marge he was in "too good of shape"?

Like @Mercy, I am actually looking forward to logging in and finding an article confirming the show has been cancelled now.

Channel 9 has killed Big Brother Australia beyond anything I ever expected it to, and it definitely won't ever be back. Not for at least a decade or so.

Bloody hell. That said, thank god for David Knox as I'd never know when anything was on, or where it was shifted to, without his website.

Well I'm looking forward to logging in and finding an article confirming the show has been renewed. :)[DOUBLEPOST=1413356040][/DOUBLEPOST]

pretty poor effort that their own online EPG is one of the last to be updated.

Even the JumpIn website is breaking down, the header is completely gone. Lol, everything about the show is a mess this year.

Cancelled with two days notice for a movie that last screened on Nine a couple of months ago. Endemol's gonna be pretty pissed off.

I guess on the positive side we can say that at least this season we got an hour long Sunday show for the first 6 weeks whereas we didn't have one at all last year

And we still have three 90 minute shows a week so 5.5 hours of air time including Thursday. More than what we had by the end of last season so hopefully this is it for changes now.
