Im naturally a cynic.
But Big brother and housewives ring true to me cos they deliberately audition delusional self-perceived alphas and throw em all into a more exposed pond. Not much bigger in reality than the ones they thought they were the kings of.
I cite those two shows over love island and the like cos they have more of a real life/time verismilitude.
