When Mikkayla was talking to Boogs there was no reason for Tim to get involved. I think he should have stayed out of it.
Yes there was, she had just had a crack at him for telling Boog what she had in fact actually said...yelling and screaming about how it had now turned all personal and was all his fault. She went in and one of the first things she said to Boogs was Tim said this, Tim said that...come straight to me in future etc etc. MIKKAYLA involved Tim so he WAS justified in following her into the kitchen. What was he supposed to do ? Go on his merry way and water the plants while she holds sermon in the kitchen slagging him off for what was essentially her doing..the bacjstabbing of Boog.
Mikkayala was talking about a comment that came from her in the first place. She felt Tim would have not accurately relayed her comment and wanted to clear the air with Boogs.
Right...so what you are suggesting is then is lets all leave the 'accurate' re-telling of events to the spiteful self righteous cow who DID THE BACKSTABBING ??
Tim had to get involved and argue because it was personal? How was it personal? Basically, Tim talked about Mik to Boogs. Then Mikkayla talked about Tim to Boogs. Tim decided it's personal when he got talked about. But it’s no different to him talking about Mik in the first place. He is being hypocritical to get upset because he was getting talked about.
No...wrong again. Look at the scene more carefully.
Jade whispered to Mikkayla..... about Tim whispering to Boog..... about all the mean things Mikayla has been whispering about Boog. Quite simple really when you break down the sequence of events.
Forget about what Mikkayla may or may not have done in the past, I am only looking at this situation
Oh but see.....you CAN"T simply 'forget' what happened in the past, you can't just simply sweep under the carpet THE REASON why all of this happened. It's bit like attempting to try a serial rapist in a court of law but asking the judge to "Forget about what **** may or may not have done in the past".
In this situation, Tim was wrong.......But he is not owning it here......This incident feels like he is attacking Mikkayla for something that he started.
WRONG on all accounts again.
FIRST. Tim was not wrong here.Period.
SECONDLY. Tim admitted to telling Boog about Mikkaylas backstabbing, first to Mikkayla and again in front of the group.
THIRD. Mikkayla found herself in this position because she had ben backstabbing Boog for 2 weeks and the discomfort and embarrassment of getting found out was unbearable...to try extricate herself from this position she tried to make it ABOUT TIM...but that little self righteous cow refuses to accept that it was NOT about Tim...this whole thing was about HER BACKSTABBING.
It was a meaningless comment that did not need to be relayed. It was not a personal attack.

If Mikkaylas "thats geting old" comment was an isolated incident, a random 'one off' then I'd agree...sure, it's a'nothing' random comment that means nothing and isn't personal...BUT.....that comment was BUT ONE in a 2 week long tirade, a 2 week long slur campaign againt anything and everything Boogs.....that was just one of what looks to be DOZENS of comments she had made behind Boogs back to EVERYONE and ANYONE willing to listen. This was NOT just a "meaningless comment" as you say...this was very much personal.
Think about it, Tim hears someone say Tullys name, immediately runs to Tully making out she had just been bitched about, even though he had no clue what said.
Lets just stick to facts if thats OK with you.

Then you have the Sugar Sisters hair turn green. Tim tells the sister he will go tell Heidi not to tell anyone. The sister tells tim not to do that because it doesn't matter if they know. Tim insists, and runs into the yard yelling out to heidi, and making sure that everyone else hears, that the sister told him to come out and tell her not to tell anyone. Then he laughed with Heidi as if the sister was pathetic for getting him to do this.
Yeah, well, thats life right....thats what people do eh....laugh at each other. No harm no foul and nothing to do with Mikkaylas campaign of backstabbing and bitchiness.
Everyone knows that Tim makes things sound worse then they are, or even goes so far as create things (like the sisters) that aren't true to relay to others. The housemates would know this. And this is why Mikkayla wanted to clear the air with Boogs. I think a lot of people would do the same. Some people may not confront Tim, and may do it more discreetly, but I can understand why Mikkayla would want to make sure Boogs knows that she meant nothing mean by it no matter how Tim may have made it sound.
....and some people wouldn't spend 2 weeks slagging off someone they don't know and only just met.
Face it...Mikkaylas melt down had very little to do with Tim, Mikkaylas meltdown had EVERYTHING to do with her inability to OWN all the bad vibes and slagging off of Boog that she has gushed out in the last 2 weeks. Shame...humiliation...an unwillingness to accept fault for your own nasty deeds....THAT is what this was about.
