... but I'll have to wait until tomorrow, as im tired and off for an early night.
Latenight roadworks kept us awake last night 🤨
 
I loved that dish and will cook it! Pork fillet and citrus sauce is a marriage made in heaven imo! Although, I have to admit, I’m a protein and fruit person. You either love it or hate it.

I only go as far as a citrus sauce with fish. I'm not a fan of fruit in mains like a lot of Moroccan recipes.
