Because I Iove cooking and experimenting in the kitchen so much my partner is a tough critic . Thankfully I get more thumbs up than thumbs down. And with sauces, the right amount. Don't drown it, don't drizzle not enough!
But I created this situation , and it's good. I don't like the critisised meals, but I can only learn by them. There's no point in him pretending something was nice when it wasn't the best.

Exactly right! You learn by your mistakes and improve on where you didn't quite nail it next time.
 
Oooh, big storm just broken overhead I hope it lasts until bedtime. I love sleeping, or laying in bed when there's a thunderstorm!
