Dill and sage are my favourite herbs. And I use loads of chives in place of parsley. Parsley is boring!
If I have to use parsley, I use the curly one, not the continental one.

I like them too...but tarragon is my all time favourite when used in the right dishes. Tarragon vinegar dressed baby beans is one of my favourite side dishes.
