We use a slow cooker in the winter, and an oven-top hotplate for veggies, eggs and things.
But the actual oven is only really used for roasts (which can be done in the Webber in summer).

I guess being veggie, my cooking is different anyway.
I hear great reports on airfryers.
Haha! No judgement here! I LOVE my air fryers and microwaves (one for each house) but I don't really cook anything in the microwave except veggies...I mainly use it for reheating.
Hardly use my oven anymore except for roast meats (can't figure out how to fit them in the air fryer haha!) Use cook tops a lot and a Weber at the beach.
I've got a slow cooker...somewhere...oh yes, at the beach. I don't use it very much as I'm not very organized and am VERY impatient.

My mum makes rissoles and salmon patties and my dad cooks them.
He asked if he could cook them in the air fryer as it's easier, but she said no, they have to be cooked in the electric frypan.
So I don't actually know if they'd work in the air fryer, or dry out too much?

I was too scarred by Poh's dress to remember what colour Grace was in!
I think rissoles and salmon patties would work in an air fryer as long as they were liberally sprayed with oil...but they might not be quite the same as pan fried. Also, rissoles (depending on the meat used) could be quite messy. Haha!
Grace was wearing burnt orange (or similar). The one in green is Amy...I think?

Yes, I have learned the hard way what can happen when reheating a rissole in the microwave.
Green Amy seemed very sure of herself, a bit of a Tamara.

Yes it came back to.me. I thought she was supposed to be a well known pastry chef, but I began to recognise her - before the wine kicked in I'll have you knowYep, 2020 winner. Have another glass of wine and it will come back to you.
