The chefs should have it all over the contestants...it's their cuisine and what they cook at the restaurant. Declan possibly made an error in judgement...but we shall see...then again, having dither head Cath on his team it probably wouldn't matter what he chose she would've still been dithering!

Speaking of Asian cuisine, today I bought some of (Masterchef winner) Diana Chan's dumplings, and some BBQ pork buns (bao)
