A whole week of Nigella - can I contain my enthusiasm? LOL

...hmmmmmm!.... Nigella!... now there's a Dessert that I'd like to... erm... um... moving on... cheers.
 
...I cooked Pork Belly tonight... and... it had perfect crackling!... **burp!** (pardon me :oops:)... I slow cooked it on 150 degrees for 3 hours and amped it up to 240 degrees for 20 minutes to make the crackling hard and the meat fell apart as we ate it... yum!... cheers.
 
...this has been said before but the one good thing about the contestants this year is the amount different backgrounds and styles of cooking from around the world this time... I love it... cheers.

...I'm quite happy to twist both of their nipples until they bleed to get them some tears delcan if you wish me too... no seriously... I would... but yes... they're trying to frazzle some of the weaker ones to bring them to tears for sure... they should just piss off and leave them to it... cheers.
 
...I would just love to taste some of Gina's food... it would be perfectly delicious every time I just know it... cheers.
