...I cooked Pork Belly tonight... and... it had perfect crackling!... **burp!** (pardon me )... I slow cooked it on 150 degrees for 3 hours and amped it up to 240 degrees for 20 minutes to make the crackling hard and the meat fell apart as we ate it... yum!... cheers.

...this has been said before but the one good thing about the contestants this year is the amount different backgrounds and styles of cooking from around the world this time... I love it... cheers.
