It's a grape brandy very popular in Peru and Chile. Both countries use it to make their signature drink - Pisco Sours. It is a combination of lemon juice, pisco, sugar syrup and egg whites. There is a debate which country "invented" it but you can buy them anywhere and everywhere in both countries. And they are delish

George makes a quick comment to throw Matt off his dish but he disregards what he says regardless lol!... that's what I love about Matt... he always defies the judges to do it regardless and usually blitzes it lol!... it sounded like Matt Preston is setting Matt up for a fall with his "it the 'simplistic dishes' that usually do well" comment... Matt's is not 'simplistic' from what I've seen him doing... why can't they be nice to Matt just for once?... grrrrrrr!... cheers.
