Masterchef 2016

...I love cooking but I could never work in a kitchen like that... one of our son's is a qualified Chef and he ended up giving it all away because of the pressure and ever changing hours... he had no social life and ate junk food because he couldn't bring himself to cook a meal when he finally got home... so he threw it in and has never been happier... stuff being a Chef... I just couldn't do it... cheers.

...that's right... acknowledging the head Chefs comments or orders is vital to the final result... but "yes master?"... I would never say that... how hard is it to reply "yes Marco!"... seriously... if they can't comply with an answer to Marco they shouldn't be in the kitchen in the first place in my opinion... cheers.

It's not my view on things, it's the way it works in professional kitchens, so that whoever in charge doesn't hear after failure "I didn't hear you Chef"
 
...oh wow!... I may have underestimated Con... he looks like he's actually saving their desert by making something to counteract the sweetness of the dessert... he sounds like he actually knows what he is doing... fancy that?... cheers.
