If you can barely taste the main ingredient, it's a fail. They could taste the Lemon in Elise's, but barely the ham in Cecilias.
And at the end of the day, that was what they were supposed to present, what they didn't define earlier.

I wonder if any of the contestants have ever questioned the judges? One day they say it is looks over taste, then taste over looks, hero the ingredient no matter what it tastes like. They seem to change what makes a great dish all the time. Must be very confusing.
