Love betel leaves. I spent about six weeks in Vietnam on a teaching gig. Fantastic. We had really scary accommodation in Hanoi at a university. But we did have a wonderful cook employed just for us. I went with her to the market one morning at 4:30am. More the time I get home rather than get up. When I got back to Sydney, I found betel leaves in the fresh food market at Cabrammatta. Somebody spell that for me. We had it often for breakfast.

I would've chose steamed. More likely to get people failing. Frying is easy.

Elise gets an extra 30 mins. Not sure that is going to help a great deal with frying

...you plug it in and it cooks all the meals for you... oh wait!... that's not true is it?... it means that you get 90 minutes to cook and the rest only get 60 minutes to cook theirs... yeah I know... big whoop!... cheers.

...apparently she has lost that 30 minute advantage by farting and fiddling around anyway... so the power apron did her nothing in the end... as I said... big whoop!... lol!... cheers.
