Haven't heard that either.
I just heard on Sky News that 2 sources have stated there have been 2 fatalities.
One of those sources is 7News according to a forum post I read on another forum.

Sky News just reported at least 1, potentially 2 fatalities. That gunmen being dead wouldn't upset me.
