I think Mitch's loyalty to Tina could be more strategic than romantic. It would be stupid for him to pursue something with one of the new girls after he only recently recovered from backlash with the Emily situation! Tina also still seems insecure in the couple even though Emily is no longer in the villa. I think it's a sign that maybe Emily wasn't the main problem.
