It seems to be boiling down to a difference of values/opinion.
Allana likes to keep a clean and tidy house and probably can't help but want to tidy things up when she sees mess.
Coco believes that's not necessary and that people should be responsible for their own mess.

I haven't really been listening but something about Holly telling Allana that Coco wanted a date with Bruce. Coco saying that wasn't true. That was some conflict.

I'm sorry, maybe there wasn't a direct comment from Coco, but in what version of reality that we have been watching did Coco not want a date with Bruce? It's been weeks of them discussing if they'll kiss or bang. Finally leading to them kissing. They liked the date, tried to pass it off as part of deflecting, denying to the house what is going on with them. The next night they replicated the date all on their own as they have many times since by going together to the pool and chatting in the evening.
