im finding this conversation intresting i see a physcotherapist for my CPTSD and most of my family and friends dont understand but you know what thats ok everybody is diffrent and unless you have been though the same trauma you cant understand and thats ok i was angry for awhile that people didnt understand he has taught me its ok for people not to understand
