OK to wear a giant novelty hat?

As somebody who has hearing aids, I'd suggest that hearing aids are the best way to record the launch. They are very hard to spot these days, you can use them just like AirPods, have a call with them and you can answer phone calls by pressing a button on them. So no reason to have your phone out.

I've once had a phone call via my hearing aids and my co-worker that I've shared the office with thought that I was talking to her.. I don't know how it matched up with her responses, but she didn't realise until I signalled that I'm on the phone.

So hearing aids are the way to go for audio.

I'm pleased it's standing – I somehow felt like some of the energy drained out of the OG 10 era / 9 era evictions once they switched to assigned seating. The only downside is that we don't get to see the seating layout. 😬 And outside is interesting, definitely BBUK vibes! But that's not a bad thing, we always knew it was likely to be smaller this time.

Weren't people saying this year's series is happening during storm season? Are we talking storms like BB03 launch storms, or storms like "you can't really be outside in this storm" storms? 👀

Having the "fannpit" at least suggests the main stage isn't right outside the house but not convinced a BBUK style set up will really work, especially when there won't be an accompanying studio. Noms with a crowd outside would be odd.
